NW 6.5 sp5 high utilization

My only NW 6.5 sp5 VM server has continuous 99% utilization. Vmtools is
installed, ESX 2.5.2 build 21059, Vmtools 1.01. IBM x345 server, 4GB RAM, 2
processors, 1GB RAM allocated to this VM, 24% of total processor in use, 50%
of RAM in use, only one other VM running on this server and it is a NW 5.1
sp8 with 1GB RAM allocated. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,
Netware 6.5 SP5? or Netware 6.0 SP5?
Well, verify on the server console that you have vmtools module loaded.
And intentify that process is high CPU, "monitor -> Kernel -> busiest
threads" and you can see that module consume high CPU.

Strangest thing. I restarted VM last night after switching to the CNEAMD NIC
driver and now utilization is down below 20%.
