Second IP adress pointing to Vmware VM

Hi,

I have two IP's (85.x.x.x) in my Windows Server.
the secound IP shall point to my VM hosting another Windows.
Bridged mode isn't supported by my provider.

I played arround with Virtual Network config but i have no clue what to
type in these fields.

Or could i use "route add" to add a static route from my server to the vm?

Please help me :)
