Booting Linux Guest on XP64 host during bootup.

I have a Linux box on an AMD64 and I would like to run Windows XP64 on
the box and Linux as a Guest under VMWARE.
the box and Linux as a Guest under VMWARE.
However this box is also simple IMAP mail server. So I want the box to
boot into Windows XP and automatically boot an VMWARE guest without user
intervention.
Can this be done? This is for Vmware Workstation 5.5.
