64 bit host and 32 bit guest

Hi everyone,

I would like some feedback about using a 64 bit server to run VMWare
infrastucture while running 32 bit OS (Windows 2003 Server) and 32 bit
applications in virtual machines.

Is it only possible ?
What are the pros and cons ?
