CTRL+ALT+DEL in a virtual machine

Hi,

Please, has anyone come across this? Sometimes when I accidently press
CTRL+ALT+DEL in a virtual machine the vm error message appears saying
that the keystrokes to use in a vm are CTRL+ALT+INS. VMware loses the
focus at this point and it's not possible to get back to VMware using
either the mouse or keyboard.
