Hello there

I am wondering if any of you guys have the same problem as me ?
I installed the beta for WS 5.5 on a 64-xp-pro and the cpu is P4 EM64T.
when I ran the checker it says it's not a 64 bit cpu ? is it a beta error ?

Cheers !

No it isn't an error. You need an Intel processor with VT extensions, which
to my knowledge haven't shipped yet.

Hi!

This may be due to the fact, that EM64T isn't really 64-bit. It's not a
complete implementation of AMD64 (which has a few more features).

No, it is because as I said you need EM64T and the new VT extensions. Intel
has now shipped the relevant processors the P4 662 and 672.
