Network card not recognized under a Windows XP professional virtual machine

Hi,
i have installed VMware Player for Linux on OpenSuse 10.2.
I have create a Windows XP Professional virtual machine using
http://www.easyvmx.com
and i have install Windows XP....
Only a problem....
When i start my Windows XP virtual machine and i go to Control Panel,
System, hardware, peripheal management, my ethernet Controller is
under "?", like an unrecognized device.
