Cloning a VM or deploy from template take days to finalize

Hello,
I have depolyed a new ESXi 6.5 cluster (2 hosts) managed by vCenter
6.5, I have moved a lot of existing machine from an old 5.5 cluster to
the new one.
I have also registered a Windows 2012 R2 template that was in use from
years without problems.
Now, When I try to deploy a VM from this template, the process takes
days (more than 48 hours) to finalize.
Same story for cloning a VM.
The other VM seem to have no issues.
Any suggestions or test to do ?
