We have an ongoing opening for Netapp admin for senior consultant role.
Skill: This role is expected to have basic level knowledge and hands on experience with Netapp tool. The person must possess the self confidence and ability to learn technologies and develop skills.

· Ability to team with onshore co-workers on support and break/fix issues
· Self-driven and able to work by yourself or within a team
· Good analytical and troubleshooting skills (the ability to think logically through a problem)
· Works well in a team
· An ability to work well under pressure
· A flexible approach
· Ability to work shift patterns and provide out of hour’s on-call support
· Ability to provide clear and concise documentation
· Good 3rd Party Liaison, i.e. Suppliers of storage products and hardware for problem resolution
· People management skill

• Solaris, AIX and Wintel Operating System
• NAS /SAN device configuration Data ONTAP, CIFS, NFS, Disk technologies
• RAID Levels TCP/IP, UDP/IP and Network Configuration of NAS iSCSI
• FCIP and SAN Connectivity of NetApp
• Other NAS disks and tape devices NDMP Configuration on NAS
• NAS High availability and Clustering Knowledge on FAS Series / N series Support Capabilities Volume, Qtree, Quota creation and management
• Snapshot,snapvault,snapmirror,Volume creation and Management
• Troubleshoot server performance issues with respect to NAS devices.
• Configure, perform, monitor, troubleshoot and repair NAS backups and restores
• Ensure optimum NAS performance and availability NAS Storage capacity utilization trending and reporting NDMP Backup configurations from NAS.
