Work Location Thailand/Noida

Requirement:
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for managing critical Windows / VMWare systems
-Perform systems administration tasks such as providing technical support, installation, configuration and upgrades of OS and middleware software.
-Document systems and system changes.
-Work with external suppliers to address technical issues.
-Keep up-to-date with the latest technology changes.
-Implement approved projects.

Required experience:
-Minimum 6 years experience as a Systems Engineer in a mission-critical environment.
-Degree holder (Bachelor or higher) in Computer Sciences or related fields.
-Expert knowledge of Ms Windows (Windows Server 2003, 2008, Windows 7), SCCM/WSUS, Microsoft AD technology, MSMQ, McAfee ePO, VMware vSphere4.1 - [certification required].
-Experience in IT security and IT capacity management.
-Pro-active attitude - takes away risks before they emerge as incidents or problems thereby preventing business disruption.
-Strong communication and analytical skills and ability to carry-out root cause analysis and produce RCA report.
-Strong English communication skills are required both orally and in writing
-Good documentation skills.
-ITIL knowledge is an advantage.
