1.      1-5 Years of VMware 4.x / 5.x ESX/ ESXi experience with installation and configuration.

2.      GUI, DRS, HA, Clusters.

3.      Excellent Communication skills to talk to US team and attend / host meetings.

4.      Experience working in Remote Client Server support.

5.      Windows 2003 / 2008 working experience with installation and configuration, AD, GPO, Roles, Security Policies, Permissions, Raid, Backup.

6.      Ready to work in Team, Night Shift, 24x7 supports.

7.      Able to do self-research for any new application / task and can give results in committed time.

8.      Able to manage the work alone without any supervision. Presentation skills to participate in Learning and share knowledge with the Team.
