2.Command line and GUI, DR, HA, Clusters.

3.VCP Certified

4.Excellent Communication skills to talk to US team and attend / host meetings.

5.Experience working in Remote Client Server support.

6.Windows 2003 / 2008 working experience with installation and configuration, AD, GPO, Roles, Security Policies, Permissions, Raid, Backup.

7.Ready to work in Team, Night Shift, 24x7 supports.

8.Able to do self research for any new application / task and can give results in committed time.

9.Able to manage the work alone without any supervision. Presentation skills to participate in Learning and share knowledge with the Team.
