JOB REFERENCE : "MONSTER :WINTEL SYSTEM
ADMINISTRATORS/ENGINEERS, SG, x5"
JOB SCOPE:
-Provide Infra
support and operations services in accordance to company standards, policies and
SLA.
-INSTALL new/rebuild existing servers
-CONFIGURE hardware,
peripherals, services, settings, directorieds, storage, etc
-ANALYZE
performance capacity trends and make recommendations
-DEVELOP/MAINTAIN
installation and configuration procedures
-LIAiSE with external service
providers on application infrastructure support related
matters.
REQUIREMENTS :
-MINIMUM 4 years WINTEL servers
experience
-Able to work on 12-hr shifts, including weekends /
holidays
-Experience in supporting large Microsoft Windows environment and
ITIL process.
-Relevant certifications a plus.
