Centerline length

Dear VMTK users,

I use a vmtk to determine the centerline of blood vessel.

The command of VMTK

vmtkcenterlines -ifile *.vtp -endpoints 1 --pipe vmtkcenterlineresampling -length 0.1 -ofile *.vtp

I confirme the centerline using paraview. I have a question.

I want to know the length of the centerline.

Dear VMTK users,

I checked the length of centerline using the following command.

vmtkcenterlinegeomtry -ifile centerline.vtp -ofile centerline-test.vtp

where input file "centerline.vtp" is constructed by the following command.

vmtkcenterlines -ifile blood-vessel.vtp -endpoints 1 --pipe vmtkcenterlineresampling -length 0.1 -ofile centerline.vtp

I confirmed the length of centerline using paraview.
