Error in centerline clipping

Hi all,

I want to clip using the centerline (command vmtksurfacereader -ifile surface_smoothed.vtp --pipe vmtkcenterlines --pipe vmtkendpointextractor --pipe vmtkbranchclipper -interactive 1 -ofile sup_clipped.vtp) but this error appears:

and it is repeated in the following steps since i arrive to the volume mesh and python fails.

How can I avoid it? Thanks
