I have TCPware V6.0 running on two systems, one running OpenVMS Alpha V8.4 and the other, VAX V7.3.
Both are able to use the TCPware NFS client to mount shares that are exported from my MacOS 10.14 system.
Both can successfully NETCU ADD EXPORT, but neither they nor the Mac can mount those exports.
Logged int as SYSTEM on node ERESSE (192.168.1.52), the Alpha:
$ netcu add export "/user/tackgal" dkb600:[user.tackgal]/host=(192.168.1.137)
%TCPWARE_NETCU-I-ADDHOSTPATH, added path /user/tackgal for host 192.168.1.137
Logged in as SYSTEM on GLTVAX (192.168.1.137), the VAX:
$ nfsmount eresse "/user/tackgal"
%NFSMOUNT-E-MOUNTFAIL, error mounting _$2$NFS4:[000000]
-SYSTEM-F-NOPRIV, insufficient privilege or object protection violation
I've never used NFS on TCPware before, so there may be something fundamental that I'm missing. (I don't find the documentation especially helpful despite about 30 years of dealing with OpenVMS systems.)
