pathworks 5.0f->6.0d question

Hi

I was having some problems attaching to 5.0f shares from XP machines
so I thought I would upgrade to PW6.0d (as a bdc the pdc is still
5.0f) . I went through the procedure of installing the upgrade tool
then running it when I get to the point that it asks for the PDC and
the admin acoount username and password then it dies saying:

PATHWORKS V6.0D for OpenVMS is presently configured to run as
follows:

When I check the upgrade log I see
