Setting up a channel for LISTSERV under Linux PMDF

I am migrating PMDF/LISTSERV environment from VMS to RedHat.

$ pmdf version
PMDF version is PMDF V6.4
libpmdf.so version V6.4; linked 14:36:54, Jul 25 2008

In VMS, there was a LSV_CHANNEL which executed a "$ run listserv_root:
[pmdf]pmdf_channel". It appears that in Linux the lsv_amin program is
run to handle the messages.

Has anyone done LISTSERV with PMDF under Linux? Any tips or tricks to
setup the LSV_CHANNEL?
