The U.S. Chapter of DECUS has announced that Robert B. Palmer, president
and CEO of Digital Equipment Corporation, will deliver the keynote address
at DECUS '94/New Orleans.
Mr. Palmer, who last addressed a DECUS U.S. Chapter audience a year ago, is
expected to update attendees on changes which have occurred at Digital as
well as provide insight to the company's future strategy and direction.
Mr. Palmer will deliver the keynote address during the event Welcoming
Session scheduled for May 9, at 8:30 A.M. in Ballroom 1 B/C, of the Ernest
N. Morial Convention Center, New Orleans, LA.

Multiplatform World", DECUS '94/New Orleans will focus on providing
Information Technology professionals with the information they need to
succeed in delivering services across multiplatform, multivendor
environments.
DECUS '94/New Orleans May 7-12, 1994, will feature in-depth seminars and
symposium sessions which cover virtually every area of computing, a hands-on
Digital Technology Center featuring the products, services, and technologies
of Digital Equipment Corporation, and the DECUS Trade Show where over 100
vendors from the Digital marketplace will showcase the latest applications
and software solution offerings.

The U.S. Chapter of DECUS, the Digital Equipment Computer Users Society, is
an association of Information Technology professionals interested in the
