VMP BMX continues Sunday racing into the Spring with a little twist. Starting Sunday 3/24, we are moving race time a little later in concert with the opening of Richmond BMX to allow racers the opportunity for TWO Central Va races in ONE DAY!

The Richmond schedule has signups on Sunday 3/24 from 12:30-1:30pm, racing ASAP.

The new VMP BMX schedule starting 3/24 is:

Pre-Signups will be available at the Richmond BMX race and, if needed, we will adjust the schedule should the Richmond race run longer than expected.

For Sunday 3/24, we expect unseasonably cool weather and some rain. We will run the 2-Moto system to keep the race quick and fun for our racers and families. Be prepared as we will race in scattered rain, but of course will do what is needed to keep everyone safe should track conditions require adjustments.

We will have Track Prep Noon-4pm Saturday 4/6 - please come lend a hand if you're not out there racing somewhere. Bikes are welcome!

We are in the middle of changing to a NEW AWARD supplier, so this will be a race for POINTS and CERTIFICATES where EVERYONE WINS with a REDUCED PRICE!

VMP BMX is NOT Racing Sunday May 5 due to a site function. We will reschedule this race for the next available opportunity.

Look to our next email and on Facebook for an EXPANDED SCHEDULE for the NEXT WEEKEND May 11-12 where we will join with the MAMA event for an exciting MX-BMX weekend!

There IS nearby racing this weekend in Hampton on Saturday and Richmond on Sunday.

We also have WEEKLY Rider Development Sessions on Wednesdays, so be sure to mark May 8 on your calendar so you can make some time to get to the track.

Please support the BMXRVA Race for Life with signups from 12:30-1:30pm.

We plan to get TRACK PREP at VMP BMX underway Monday 7/29 from 5-8pm with a visit to elCaporal afterward.

We will look to reschedule the race on an upcoming Saturday - please let us know if you have interest on any particular day.
