VMime Windows 10 error

Hello.

I use vmime.net_4.dll to send email in C# WPF aplication. It's working fine.

But in one of all computer with Windows 10 i get error: "you can not open the module vmime.net_4.dll or its dependencies".

In the others computers with Windows 10 it's work ok. I run application as administrator and copied all dependencies dll's to work folder but still get this error.
