Just received a email with a link from the VMICC outreach.  Did anyone send this or is it spam?  May need to notify the list.

Hi Max,

 

The google group is a archive that was set up by Tim to keep track of all communications that the board sent to each other when we needed to worry about public records act.  I automatically include it in anything I send out to the board or think that there should be a record.  Everything that I sent out about septic systems should be in that archive.   I don't know if it is necessary or not, but it still seems like a good idea to me.  Maybe a board meeting topic.

 

I believe that vmicc outreach was used by Hilary Emmer when she was chair of that committee.  The board eliminated that committee and took over that function.

This is the first I've heard of vmicc...@googlegroups.com - who is in that group?

Also - I have yet to receive any emails sent to the VMICC outreach - how are we keeping that list up to date with interested people? We should at least add general meeting attendee's email, no? I will follow up with Andy to see about fixing the web form for adding people to the list - it's currently broken.
