Subj: Updated Plume Map and Report on FundingUpdated Tacoma Smelter Plume Map
This week Department of Ecology updated its online map of the Tacoma Smelter Plume: https://fortress.wa.gov/ecy/smeltersearch/. What's new?
- Map colors are easier to tell apart, especially for the colorblind.
- New data help us better estimate arsenic levels across the plume.
Local governments and organizations: For a copy of the GIS files, please contact Ian Mooser at Ian.M...@ecy.wa.gov.
Report on Funding for Asarco Cleanups

A new report shows how much money is in the account and what projects it supports. Learn more: http://ecologywa.blogspot.com/2014/04/cleanup-settlement-account-holds-nearly.html
