Subj: Puget Sound Funding Opportunity: Local Pollution Identifcation and Correction Program=Hello,
You signed up to receive email notification of funding opportunities to implement the Puget Sound Action Agenda.
Departments of Health and Ecology are inviting counties, tribes and local integrating organizations to apply for National Estuary Program (NEP) funding for Pollution Identification and Correction (PIC) projects to protect and restore shellfish growing areas, recreational beaches and water quality in Puget Sound.
$1.1 million is available immediately and applications will be considered for future National Estuary Program (NEP) funds. Awards will range from $150,000 to $600,000 for each project.
The application deadline is February 28.
