Subj: FW: King County Ferry district -PLEASE CALL THEM- re mEETING 3/18!!Hi All,
I gave Tim’s phone number to KCFD earlier last week and the voice mail is full. I then got this email because they had not heard back from him and his voicemail was still full. I just received a call asking yet again. They want to confirm the date and time of the meeting on 3/18 and make sure they are on the agenda.
As soon as I receive confirmation (and they do as well) I’m happy to send this out to our Transportation Outreach. Will someone check to see what’s going on?
Thanks,

Good Morning Kari,
My name is Kristen Kissinger, working with the King County Water Taxi. A few weeks ago I had spoken with Tim about getting some time on the March 18th VMICC agenda to discuss potential improvements at the Vashon Island Water Taxi terminal. He said no problem and to send along a brief narrative of what we plan to discuss. Since then I am having trouble reaching him. We are ready to send out notices and post flyers on the boat but I am hoping to get some confirmation we are on the agenda first! Michelle sent along your information as an alternate contact. Can you confirm we are on the agenda for March 18th?
Thank you for your time Kari and I look forward to hearing from you!
I have also attached to this email the brief project narrative sent to Tim for inclusion on your March 18,2013 meeting notice. We have identified our presentation and Q/A at the meeting start time of 7PM. I hope that works for you, let us know if we need to plan on a different time.
We appreciate you making time in the schedule for our presentation and we look forward to the feedback from the meeting. As mentioned in the narrative, the online survey and hard copy survey will be available shortly. **Once I hear back from you verifying our presence on the 3/18/13 agenda we can go live.**
Thanks again,
Kristen Kissinger
