Hi Carl,
The RFP process is slow and we have to be very careful about communications during the competitive process or the process can be invalidated and we have to start over.

Thanks Terry,
This has been a long, slow process. Thanks for hanging in there.

My understanding is that implementation of the aid program requires the issuance of an RFP for outside fund management assistance and the issuance awaits Terri Jenkins-McLean’s return in February. Our organization intends to respond to the RFP.

Subject: King County Septic Financial Aid Program
Hello Terry,
The last time we communicated in October 2012, King County had stated that their Septic Financial Aid Program may be delayed until the first of the year. I think that this is the year that they were talking about, but it is now more than half way through the first month of 2013 and I have not received any information about the plan. Do you have any information? I laid back to give time and space to implement the program, but perhaps it is time for me to take further action.
I look forward to helping property owners that need assistance receive aid.
Please update me if you have any information.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter,
Carl Sells
