251 Reunion Tentative Dates

To All:

I had a meeting with a Convention Center in Peachtree City Friday,
April 16. It went well and I hope to have a final contract to view by
the end of April.

We are getting close folks.

Tentatively, the dates for the reunion will be April 21-24, 2011
(Thursday through Sunday). Thursday will be check in day and Sunday
will be check out day. Peachtree City is located appx. 30 miles south
and west of Atlanta. The convention center does have shuttle service
to and from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. For those that
may drive, parking is free.

Getting room reservations will be separate from reunion fees. I am
trying to keep the room rates under a 100 bucks a night.

Reunion fees will include cost of meeting room, banquet room,
commerative poster, name tags, mailings and a dinner for Friday and
Saturday evening.

I am also working to have golf carts available for rent at a reduced
price since we have nearly 90 miles of cart paths in our city. You can
get anywhere in our town in them.

Please remember wives and children are also welcome! Make it a family
affair! Get the word out!
