Alcohol and/or Drug Policy

Good morning,

 

I am hoping you or your Human Resources Department (if you are lucky enough to have one) can help me.  The Town of Appomattox is in desperate need of a current Alcohol and Drug Policy that is inclusive of reasonable suspicion, random testing, post-accident, return to work and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.  We currently participate in random testing for CDL and non-DOT employees in safety sensitive positions through Nationwide Testing Association (NTA, Inc.).  If you could send me any information, I would greatly appreciate it.
