Help with VMBed

[SQA]

I have just signed up to VMBed and completed all subscription processes

I have proceeded to rent a VM but unable to connect to it via RDP

Please can anyone in the group help with contacting the administrator as the rental time is ticking and I haven’t received any support email from the administrator
