Need to restart VLSI reading group

Happy New Year and welcome back!

How about restarting our VLSI reading group, every other Friday at 2pm
in C310/311? Since the architecture group is starting January 23rd we
can start on January 30th. Volunteers to lead the discussion on the
30th?
Paper suggestions? Volunteers to act as "group czar" for the VLSI
reading
group? Please get involved! Thanks!

How about this paper about a circuit for DVS at ISLPED'02? The paper is relatively old,

but it is interesting to know how DVS is actually implemented...
