Restart VLSI reading group this semester

Hi!

Is there enough enthusiasm to restart the VLSI reading group this semester?
I hope there is, with that assumption we need to schedule around the
ECE graduate seminar on Fri 2pm-3pm, and around the Architecture Reading
group. FYI, the Architecture Reading Group is planning to hold its first
meeting at 2:00 on Friday, September 3rd.

I think the VLSI reading group will be scheduled again at 3pm on Fridays,
assuming there is enough enthusiasm, and enough volunteers. Do we want
to start this week (Fri., Aug. 27), or two weeks from now, Fri. Sep. 10?

In any case we need volunteers!
