Subject: Viswakarma UAE- Final Call for Registration and Licensing

 

Dear Mr. Dileep,

 

This is to inform you that as per your Data Form application submitted to CDA regarding your organization “Viswakarma UAE” on 09-04-2013, we have not received your application to date.

 

This is a final call to remind you that we require a confirmation from your end regarding your intent to apply for a license for your social club by 29th September 2013. If we do not receive your confirmation by aforementioned due date, your application request will be closed due to not meeting the social club licensing requirements.

 

Therefore, we advise you to send us your confirmation by providing us the following documents by 29^th  September 2013:

1.       Your completed application form.

2.       Passport copy and CV of your board members.

3.       A document detailing the activities conducted by your organization.

 

The above documents could either be submitted to us by email or personally by visiting us at CDA(attached location map).

 

Note:

 

·         Submission of the above listed documents ensures that a file is opened for your organization’s application for licensure. However, opening a file does not fulfill the complete requirements of licensure, until all necessary documents are submitted.

·         In order for any non-profit social organization to conduct events or activities in Dubai, it should hold a valid license issued by CDA and obtain event approval from CDA prior to the event.

·         Based on the article (4) of Local Order No. 96 of 1995 and it’s amendment Executive Council Resolution (4) of 2011, no natural or legal person or any group shall establish or found a club whatever is the aim or purpose of such establishment or foundation and no natural or legal person or any group shall practice any activities therein or open branches thereof or relocate same from a place to another place, unless after obtaining the approval of Community Development Authority (CDA) and completing the registration and licensing procedures in accordance with the provisions of this Order. (Please find attached).

·         Non-compliance to the article (4) of Local Order No. 96 of 1995 and it’s amendment Executive Council Resolution (4) of 2011, is considered to be violation and may lead to a legal action.
