hi vk player. i'm still here for a help!
i hope you still read this discussion.
From yesterday my vkplayer (v 1.3) on my mac os snow leopard does not
work. My account on vkontakte.ru is ok, but when i launch vk player
and i try to search for songs, the vkplayer does not find anything.
to have Adobe AIR installed version <string>3.1.0.4880</string>
Could you please help me?

Could you please further describe your problem? Can you still play songs from your playlist (if there are any left)?
Usually this kind of behaviour happens when vk requests you to solve a captcha. This is because the player does not recognize the captchas yet, but still it might be something different. In case you did not, please check if there is a captcha request when you search for songs on vk.com in safari.

I have a new!
vkplayer still works in windows but not on mac. I have three friends
who still use vk player in windows without problems. But a friend who
use mac have the same problem that I have.

No. I can't play songs from my playlist because the playlist
unfortunately
is empty!
I also tried to access on vk.com on safari. I can directly enter
without problem to my profile. I don’t need to enter any login,
password or even captchas.
I also tried to search for songs, inside my profile, and there are no
problems.
The songs will be found and I can even listen as usually.
But…
I seem to remember, however, that previously to enter in vk.com I had
to type login and password ... but now I enter directly without typing
anything.

I can now reproduce your problem on a mac. It still works on windows and unix, though, so it must be something mac specific. I will try to fix it and then post an update as soon as possible.

Yes! The bug has been fixed. Please download the update to version 1.31 from the VK download section

There was an issue related to Adobe Air network communication api which stopped the player working under Mac where it still worked under linux and Windows.
Sorry for any inconvenience. I furthermore fixed some issues with song search not finding songs already in the playlist and further reduced the number of duplicate songs in the search results.

i am having the same problem as the OP and i have downloaded the latest version of both adobe AIR and VK 1.32 in the link you provided. Problem still exists. been using VK so long as sad to see its not working no more.

Please try to login and play music from the official vk.com page. Sometimes vk.com needs to verify your identity or wants you to enter a captcha. VK Player does not detect this.
As for the player itself:
I just tested it and it is working for mac, linux and windows over here.
Might still be a different problem though :/
