{vjcl} Pre-filing for VJCL state office

Salvete omnes,

 

       Attached you will find a both a pre-filing form for any student who may be interested in running for VJCL editor or historian and a letter detailing the process and the requirements.  This election will occur at NJCL convention, and the pre-file forms must reach Alex Lichtenstein, VJCL parliamentarian by Jun 1.  Please pass this on to any student who would like to run for one of these offices and whom you believe would be a qualified candidate and a responsible VJCL officer.   It is not required (though it is helpful) for a candidate to be in attendance at this summer's NJCL convention in order to run for office, but he/she should designate someone who is present to read his his/her campaign speech.
