Salvete omnes,

       My in-box this morning was full of e-mails letting me know that I had sent out the wrong letter.  Please forgive me...I should never try to send any important communication after midnight.  Attached is the correct letter detailing the offices which are in state of emergency and those with vacancies.  Just as an extra precaution (oh, and I hope I get this right!), there are states of emergency for secretary and parliamentarian; the vacancies are in the offices of president and second vice-president.  (Last night's other two attachments were correct...as that great American rock star Meatloaf once said..."two out of three ain't bad")
