Registration Update

Dear sponsors,

Thank you all for your timely registrations; we are ready to provide invoices earlier than expected.  Invoices, final rooming lists, and delegate test information will be available Tuesday morning, though you might be able to view them early if you check back this evening.  ID numbers, sponsor/chaperone duties, and arts&crafts tags will be available at some point next week.  Starting tomorrow, you will be able to change incorrect spellings/grade/levels and make any final delegate swaps that do not involve changes in numbers of rooms.  These changes can be made online through this Saturday.  If you need to change numbers (add or remove delegates, add delete rooms, etc), please email cha...@vjclmail.org .  Questions?  Email regist...@vjclmail.org .

Dear Sponsors,

The invoices and delegate information for the 2010 Convention is up on the website.  Please note that due to some technical issues, the version of the delegate information does NOT take into account any changes made through the change form or via email.  I will send out an email on Monday with the final lists for you to verify.

If you need to make any changes that you HAVEN'T already submitted via email or the change form, please email cha...@vjclmail.org (or simply reply to this email).  If there is an error with the invoice, please do the same and we'll get a corrected version up.
