Bug or Error while rebuid the Maven

Dear Team,

I am using the maven 3.6.3 with vivo 1.13 version

After Customizations, I trying to rebuild the mvn after rebuilding, it didn't reflect the changes on the site. When I check in tomcat vivo directory the Customizations files is not reflect in the tomcat web directory.

Here I am sharing the maven rebuild result

Hello Arif,

You should run from /opt/vivo#

mvn clean install -s installer/settings.xml

Dear Dragan,

Nothing is happening.

I add a few CSS code in tenderfoor.css under /opt/vivo/installer/webapp/target/vivo/themes/tenderfoot/css

and I also create one css file in /opt/vivo/installer/webapp/target/vivo/themes/tenderfoot/css and link in head.ftl

then I run the mentioned command mvn clean install -s installer/settings.xml

Nothing is happening...
