Hello. I have updated our VIVO installation from version 1.14 to version 1.15.
After updating to version 15 we checked and the profiles and information that we had before are not found.
We checked the logs and no error appears. We were also unable to log in with the administration user and password in the portal.
Given this error, we tried to install version 15 on another server. We get an error when trying to log in to the portal using the administration user. Only the portal displays the message: Please enter your email address.
In this new installation, no errors are recorded in the logs and the database does not save data.
Could you help us please?
