Inquiry on Unified Search Interface for Interconnected Live Data Sources

Has anyone heard of or knows about an architecture involving multiple live data sources interconnected or accessible from a single search interface?

Dear Humberto,

We discussed this question at the last VIVO tech meeting. Unfortunately, the current version of the VIVO is not supporting cross-site linking and searching, although it was discussed a couple of times in the past (here are some tickets on this track - https://github.com/vivo-project/VIVO/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+cross-site+).
