Java developer with FICO Blaze for Hybrid - Dallas, TX

 

Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Java/J2EE and related frameworks.
Integrate and customize FICO Decision Management Suite (DMS), Blaze Advisor, or other FICO tools.
Design and implement automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or REST Assured.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) and automate regression test suites.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, test strategy discussions, and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
Document technical designs, test cases, and automation scripts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Custom Service / FICO Blaze, Karate, API testing, Selenium, Hands-on experience with FICO products

2. Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle).

3. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Java development.
Hands-on experience with FICO products (e.g., Blaze Advisor, Decision Central, DMS, or related).
Strong background in test automation frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, REST Assured).
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
