Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an IT Bench Sales recruiter at Hanzo Labs. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing IT professionals on our bench, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming
projects and client needs.

Requirements:

Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients to understand their needs and requirements.

Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and agreements with candidates and clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client databases.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and placement processes.

Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales recruitment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
