Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an IT Bench Sales recruiter at Hanzo Labs. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing IT professionals on our bench, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming projects and client needs.

Requirements:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and agreements with candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and placement processes.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
