 Location: California (Hybrid, San Francisco area, occasional onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract (Extension Possible)

Project: PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Implementation

 

Position Summary

 

Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Project Manager to lead a public-sector

PeopleSoft HCM Benefits implementation. The role will oversee project

planning, stakeholder management, delivery governance, risk management,

vendor coordination, and successful deployment.

 

Responsibilities

 

* Lead end-to-end PeopleSoft HCM Benefits implementation activities.

* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and

deliverables.

* Coordinate business, technical, and vendor teams.

* Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings.

* Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

* Monitor budget, timelines, and resource utilization.

* Provide executive-level status reporting.

* Ensure adherence to public-sector compliance and governance

processes.

* Support testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities.

 

Required Qualifications

 

* 8+ years of IT project management experience.

* 3+ years managing PeopleSoft HCM implementations.

* Experience with PeopleSoft Benefits Administration projects.

* Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

* Experience managing public-sector or government projects.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Experience coordinating offshore and onshore teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

* PMP certification.

* Experience with California public-sector organizations.

* Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM modules including Benefits, HR, and

Payroll.

2) PeopleSoft Developer

 

Location: California (Hybrid, San Francisco area, occasional onsite)

Project: PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Implementation

 

Position Summary

 

Seeking a PeopleSoft Developer with strong HCM and Benefits experience to

support a PeopleSoft Benefits Administration implementation. The developer

will work closely with functional and technical teams to design, build,

test, and deploy customizations and integrations.

 

Responsibilities

 

* Develop and support PeopleSoft HCM Benefits solutions.

* Configure and customize Benefits Administration functionality.

* Develop PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces,

Integration Broker, SQR, and SQL objects.

* Build and support inbound/outbound integrations.

* Create technical design documents and unit test plans.

* Troubleshoot production and implementation issues.

* Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live activities.

* Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants.

 

Required Qualifications

 

* 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience.

* Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM.

* Hands-on experience with Benefits Administration.

* Expertise in:

 

* PeopleCode

* Application Engine

* Component Interface

* Integration Broker

* SQR

* SQL

 

* Experience with PeopleTools 8.5x.

* Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

* Experience supporting public-sector clients.

* Experience with Fluid UI.

* Exposure to Payroll and Core HR modules.

* Experience with cloud-hosted PeopleSoft environments.

 

Nice to Have

 

* California public-sector project experience.

* Previous Benefits Open Enrollment implementation experience.
