As discussed, Find  below the process of recruitment and role of Management trainees whom we are recruiting and grooming them to Senior level position within our Organization.

 

Career graph and Training process is also given for your reference.

MBA Graduates

 

-Candidates with good networking

-Inclination for medium to long term career commitment for the position

-Mobility within the state / region

-Preferably those who have done their Summer Project in Financial Services ( ideal would be someone who has done with us)

 

Selection Process

 

  • Candidates to clear pre designed written test, aptitude test and GD. The test models and evaluation process (designed by ZT) are being provided separately.
  • The selected candidates will be informed that they will be groomed and depending on their performance, capabilities displayed and assessed, the organization?s need and their own inclination they may be placed in Managerial roles over a period of time.
  • Employees who show exceptional performance and progress will be considered for a fast track growth after 18 months.

·         Every Management Trainee has to clear NCFM before he is eligible for interview.

The candidates will undergo 24 months of intensive Training:

 

Training

 

Classroom Training:               7 days Training at HO Mumbai as per Schedule. Training which will not be possible to be done at RO should be done in HO.

 

 

HO Program at the beginning

1)    Corporate Presentation

2)    Equity- Basics of equity, trading and settlement, research reports etc.

3)    Equity Derivatives- Basics of derivatives, trading and settlement, research reports etc.

4)    Commodity & Currency- Basics, trading and settlement, research reports etc.

5)    Products & Processes- PMS, Structured Products, Cross Sell Products etc.

6)    Tools & Software- CRM, Kuber, Back Office, Web RMS etc.

7)    Business Skill- Financial Planning, Selling Skills etc

7)    Soft Skill- Communication, Time Management, multi tasking

8)    Job Role ? KRA, compensation policies

9)     Interaction with All business Heads, department heads and Vice Chairman

 

           

Training in Roles

 

The training to be divided at each role into 3 months training and 3 months job roles which can be done at each 2 months interval.

Every Management Trainee has to clear NCFM test after seven days training. The company will pay for and arrange for the test. If the candidate has to re appear for the NCFM test then he has to bear the cost.
