1.       Banc assurance module:

a.       Candidate would be responsible for handling branches of ICICI bank

b.       Handling walk-in customers of the bank

                                                               i.      Asking or identifying their investment needs and providing solution with a suitable investment plan

                                                             ii.      Generating leads from the bank staff and branch manager by maintaining good relation with  them

c.       Visiting customer for a presentation based on appointments checking for investment needs and then recommending and selling ICICI Prudential’s  Life Insurance product and convincing them for an investment

d.       Achieving monthly goal sheet.

2.       Direct marketing: :

    1. Candidates would be responsible to work on leads provided by the company (some percentage of the leads would be provided)
    2. Generating business from the leads & from the references.
    3. Organizing various activities & events for generating leads.
    4. Taking prior appointment from the clients & visiting them for a presentation.
    5. Understanding customer financial needs, planning investment needs and then recommending and selling ICICI Prudential’s  Life Insurance products
    6. Achieving monthly goal sheet.

 

                3.          RTG : Retails Through Group

                              The candidate will be responsible for sourcing insurance business from corporate clients. Responsibility includes interacting with Corporate                                                         HR / Finance /  Admin Heads and delivering our product presentation, there by selling insurance products to them.

                 

 

   Desired skills / competencies : -

  • Delivering presentation to large group
  • Good communication skills
  • Piloting activities at corporate premises
  • Knowledge of financial markets
  • Innovating strategies to penetrate business insurance

 

*Job is on the payroll to ICICI Prudential Life Insurance .

Training would be provided by the company .
