Change of Third review dates - First and Second Review Marks - Reg

Greetings!

I am contacting you to inform you about the change of third review dates for M.Tech project work, which is scheduled earlier during this week. Due to change in the CAT-II schedule at VIT, the third review dates are changed to the first week of April, during 4-5 April 2013.

In third review, all the students are expected give a hardware demonstration (experimental work) or simulation / analysis (in a software), which is appropriate for the respective project work. A major proportion of assessment mark  will be given to this demonstration, along with your presentation.  I request your kind cooperation and support for successfully conducting the third review.

Final presentation and thesis submission for the project work is scheduled during the second week of May, 13-14 May 2013. Hence, all are requested to plan accordingly.

I have attached the first and second review marks for your consideration and I  request you to prepare well for the third review, which also holds 25% overall project mark. (First review-10%, Second review-15%). I regret for the delayed communication.
