Dear Ms Shanthi,

Kindly take print out of both these files and make 50 copies for each and
distribute among students. They should get this by evening today. They need
to come prepared by Saturday with the answers to the case and group
activity.

Pls find below the reading/case study materials which need to be distrbuted
to the students before the Marketing "enrichment class" begins (preferably
by Wednesday).

I believe some sort of study groups would have been formed among the
students. I plan to use the same groups to do all the group
activities/assignments. In case no groups have been formed yet, I will have
to do the same on 13th itself, so that the same groups will be presenting
the findings and case analysis the next day (14th February), which I think
is not the ideal thing to do.

I will be giving points to each group based on their performances (criteria
like understanding & analysis of the situation, group participation,
practicality of the solutions, etc.). Moreover, points will also be given by
peer groups. Final tallying of the points will decide the winning group
towards the end of the course. Pls communicate the same to the students, if
possible.

On 13th February, the plan is to take a class without any group activity
from the students.

On 14th February, I plan to take up two sessions:

During the first Session on 14th February, students will present their
findings/solutions on the Group Activities given to them (pdf of the same
attached, and has to be distributed to the students preferably before
Wednesday)

During the second Session on 14th February, students will present their
findings/solutions on the Case Study given to them (pdf of the same
attached, and has to be distributed to the students preferably before
Wednesday)

Regards,

Sang
