Candidate Skills:

Eligible departments - 2022 ,2021batch:

B.sc( CSE & IT ), M.sc, BCA ,MCA,B.E( CSE & IT)

Highly competent in aptitude– Algorithm, logical reasoning.

Above 65% with no standing arrears.

Should possess excellent communication skills.

Self traits like dependability, dedication, and discipline should be highly innate.

Problem-solving skills are highly preferred.

Should have passion for software product developments/programming.

Tamilnadu candidates are preferred.

Note:

GITHUB, Hackathon or any other certifications in IT will be an added advantage.

Candidates who possess skills of Dot net and Webapi are highly preferred.

CTC –Based on the competency of the student.

Interview Levels:- 3

• Aptitude
• Technical Discussion
• General Discussion

Important points to note for students & placement cell:

1)      Students should be willing to join immediately( August 2022) and the college should release them accordingly.

2)      Students from farther locations should be willing to relocate near Chennai and not express disinterest later.

3)      Students should be willing to work from the office as well.

4)      Students who had attended the Congruent Interview process in the past 3 months are not eligible for this.
