Vitess benchmarking

Hello,

I have set up a vitess cluster and I would to check the several things like QPS, performance and READ/WRITE performance etc.

How to benchmark the mysql sharding using vitess?

There is vtbench in vitess but I could not find the document related to it.

I would like to know the best way to benchmark the vitess?

vtbench hasn't been maintained in a while. So, I don't know if it still works or not.

It should now be possible to run sysbench. The only change we suggest is that you exclude the range queries. They're not sharding friendly, and are not representative of typical OLTP workloads.
