Please send your nominations to Sarjeel Sayyed our new TPO.Find the Agendas and Minute to Minute Plan for Pune Alumni engagement which is on 18/01/2019 @Hotel Ramee Grand, Pune.
The event will be held on 18/01/2019 at 6.00pm & detailed program is as given below.
1) 06:00 pm Welcome drink
2) 06:00 pm to 06:15pm Arrival of Guest & Welcome Address
3) 6:15 pm to 6:30 pm Introduction Round
4) 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm Interaction of new Alumni with Senior Alumni.
5) 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm Discussion on Academy by DR K C Vora and Local Committee formation.
Ø Interaction of new Alumni with their seniors (Introduction).
Ø Discussion on Academy: How can we help Academy?
Ø Inviting Senior Alumni for PIP and Guest Lectures.
Ø How can we foster more Alumni Engagements?
Ø Alumni Engagement for Current batches in context of placements and Projects.
6) 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm Activities/One min Game/Team building exercise
7) 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm Dinner
8) 9:30 pm Vote of Thanks by Sarjeel Sayyed and Disperse.
