Monitoring Api - notification for new change in data not coming

Hi Clemens,

I tried to implement the Monitoring Part of VitadockOnline as per the documentation, but could not get a notification for a new change. 

I could get the data by requesting though.

I have checked both the scopes, permissions given by the user and the monitoring url. 

What am I missing here? Should I have to make a request to grant monitoring api for notifications?
